I was determined to find Spieling Peter when my family and I went to Disneyland a few weeks ago. So I did my research and found where he might be throughout the day. But that wasn’t enough for me, I wanted to make it a little more special for myself and maybe leave an impression on Spieling. So I got to work on the shoes you see above :) I drew and decorated/colored the shoes myself and got them ready for the big day. And at about midday my sister and I began our search for him in earnest. We found him in the passageway on the side of the castle leading to Carnation Plaza :) He announced that my sister and I were the winners because we were last in line and when it was my turn he asked me about my shoes and he made me laugh and was just adorable and perfect. :) He even signed my shoe for me(the purple signature on the Peter shoe). I am so happy and lucky to have been able to meet him in person. <3

Spieling Peter, Tonight has been a roller coaster of emotions. When I first heard the news I didn’t know what to think. My first reaction was to cry, which I did for a good twenty minutes or so, but then as I wiped away the tears I realized something. Peter Pan would not want me to cry. Peter Pan would want me to be brave. While I sat on my bed I came to terms with the situation and accepted the news. Spieling Peter had played Peter through out most of my childhood, and yes he was the last remaining Peter from my youth, but with loss comes rebirth, Spieling Peter will never be gone from us, He will forever be alive in our memories. I personally would just like to take this time to thank him for everything. He was and will always my inspiration to play Peter Pan. Although it is heartbreaking to see such a talented Peter leave, It also gives talented new actors barely eighteen years old a chance to portray the Iconic character. I will never forget Spieling Peter nor will I ever say goodbye for saying good bye means going away and going away means forgetting Nick ( A hopeful actor who one day hopes to be half as talented as you are)

I have a bit of sad news to share with you guys. Today was Spieling Peter’s last day in the Disneyland Resort. I was lucky enough to get to play with him one last time before he left for Neverland. We know that you guys have had some amazing magical moments with him and we would love to hear them! So feel free to swing by the ask box and let us know.
It’s Josh! I just wanted to make a request in the height of the recent “Spieling Peter” popularity boost here on Tumblr. If you know who it is that is friends with him, please don’t say anything. It really could put his job at risk. I know we all love him; I mean I followed him around the Park for a good 20 minutes before I had my Face Character audition; but please do what you can to keep the Magic in tact.
